Cooking with Shaun and the German Youth Hostel Association!

Together with Bad Urach Youth Hostel and Shaun the Sheep, the German Youth Hostel Association (Deutsches Jugendherbergswerk, DJH) is launching a new cookery series. The result is three wonderful treats with fresh ingredients! The recipes and cooking instructions are summarised in a nice video.

The initiative is part of a larger project in which visitors to the youth hostels can send in delicious and healthy recipes that they associate with fond memories of their stays. Together with a professional chef and the help of Shaun and other diligent kitchen helpers, these recipes will be presented in a video – in an understandable way so that they are super easy to re-cook! The video from Bad Urach is the start of a new series. More videos from other youth hostels are planned. It remains exciting (and delicious)!

We are delighted to have had a long-term partner at our side since 2017, the DJH, which is committed to the topics of sustainability education and healthy nutrition for children.
