Attractive, target group\u2013oriented educational offerings on subjects befitting the Maus<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

For several years now, Carlsen Verlag has published an extensive program of books featuring the Maus. Two nonfiction book series titled \u201cFrag doch mal \u2026 die Maus!\u201d (Ask the Maus!<\/em>) form the core of the program:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A series of board books with flaps, made for children ages 2 and up, convey age-appropriate knowledge from many different subject areas. Included are such titles as \u201cDer Kindergarten\u201d (Preschool<\/em>), \u201cIm Wald\u201d (In the Forest<\/em>), and \u201cTraktor, Bagger und Co.\u201d (Tractor, Digger & Co.<\/em>).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A hardcover series dedicated to schoolchildren ages 8 and up takes on subjects including \u201cZukunft\u201d (Future<\/em>), \u201cRitter und Burgen\u201d (Knights and Castles<\/em>), \u201cMeere und Ozeane\u201d (Seas and Oceans<\/em>), and \u201cBer\u00fchmte Entdecker\u201d (Famous Explorers<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carlsen additionally marked the Maus\u2019 50th birthday in 2021 with a new edition of \u201cDie meistgestellten Fragen an die Maus\u201d (The Questions the Maus Is Asked Most<\/em>), a best-of book of questions from five decades of \u201cThe Show with the Mouse.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A particular standout in the hardcover series is \u201cFragen zu Gott, der Welt und den gro\u00dfen Religionen\u201d (Questions about God, the World, and the Great Religions<\/em>), which describes the various world religions and points out what distinguishes them and what they share.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The two nonfiction series are rounded out by numerous puzzle and activity books, as well as a perennially top-selling tear-off calendar featuring the Maus.<\/p>\n\n\n
